Refund & Replacement Policy-Maikeru Studio

At Maikeru Studio, each piece of metal wall art is made to order with care and precision. Because our products are custom produced specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or offers refunds once an order is placed.

We offer refunds or free replacements for any items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Defectives Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48hrs of delivery at info@maikerustudio.studio.

Please include:

-Your order number

-Clear photos of the damage or error

-A brief description of the issue

Our team will evaluate the issue and if eligible, send a replacement at no extra cost.

 

Claim Time Limit

All claims for damage, defective or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery cannot be accepted as we are unable to verify the condition of the item after this period.

Claims that are submitted without clear photographic evidence may be declined.

 

Shipping Protection

If you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout, you covered for loss, theft or damage in transit. Claims must be submitted through the protection provider's instructions (see our FAQ page for more info).

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage or error on our part. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
